The app requires access to precise GPS locations for the Clock-In and Clock-Out features to ensure BAs are at the correct store location.

Purpose of Location Access: This app requires access to your location to ensure accurate tracking and verification of your presence at assigned job sites. It helps us confirm that tasks are completed at the correct locations and times.

Photos and Camera Access

The app requires access to photos or the camera to enable BAs to upload related pictures as part of the post-job survey.

Purpose of Camera Access: Access to the camera is needed to capture and upload photos as part of job completion reports. This allows for visual confirmation of tasks and enhances the quality of our service documentation.

Purpose of Photo Library Access: We require access to your photo library to upload relevant images for job reports. This includes using photo metadata to verify the time and location of the images, ensuring accurate and comprehensive job documentation.

User Eligibility

The app is intended for employees of Beauty Barrage who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18.

App Performance Monitoring

We use Sentry (sentry.io) to monitor app usage and diagnose performance issues. This information is collected for internal use only and helps us improve app functionality and user experience.
