Winner of WWD’s highly coveted “Best Executed Brand Launch” award, Sonia is a beauty maverick, leveraging her unprecedented breadth of industry experience to transform burgeoning brands into market leaders. After a successful career working in-house for global powerhouses like Avon and Valeant Pharmaceuticals and indie brands alike, Sonia launched Beauty Barrage, eager to share her talents with emerging brands in need of full service sales support.

ALISSA SPENCER
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Alissa knows what it takes to manage business relationships and help improve retail strategies and sales performance. She is a former buyer and retail expert, having spent over three years with our sister company, Beauty Strategy Group, providing full service management for their clients. Alissa brings that knack for client relationships to Beauty Barrage where she manages account relationships with her famous eye for detail!

AMANDA FITZPATRICK
SR. DIRECTOR FIELD SALES

Amanda (Fitz as we like to call her) helps to create the national sales plans for our brand ambassadors, providing coaching and mentoring to help the team achieve and surpass their regional sales goals.
